What should I know about your products?

The Shayla Nicole Collection specializes in amazing products, fabulous quality and unbelievable color selection. All products come individually black boxed with ingredient listing. All products are hypoallergenic, fragrance free, allergy tested and non-comedogenic.

 Do you test on animals?

Our products are cruelty free. We do not test on animals. EVER.

I got my order and I’m not happy with it. What next?

We do not accept returns. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

Do you have a storefront? I’d like to try the colors on before I make a purchase.

As of now, TheShaylaNicoleCollection.com is the only medium in which you can make purchases from The Shayla Nicole Collection. We occasionally attend beauty events and trade shows in all major cities throughout the U.S. – Please make sure you join our email list and connect with us via Twitter, Facebook and Instagram for the latest events and specials. We are not accepting offers to have our products in storefronts at this time. 

Do you offer free samples?

Regrettably, we do not offer free samples at this time.

How do I know which shade is best for me?

All of the products in The Shayla Nicole Collection have a build-able formula, allowing you to decide whether you want a subtle shade or a bold pop of color, all while maintaining its lightweight texture. Our products work well with all skin tones. 

When will I receive my order?

Orders are normally processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, after normal business hours or Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. They will arrive to you within 5-7 days of order processing. For U.S. orders over $100 we provide free shipping. To track your order, please use the United States Postal Service website here.

I once saw a product that I liked but I do not see it on your website anymore. Where'd it go?

Popular items sell out quickly and may be out of stock. Once an item is sold out, you may temporarily see it marked as "sold out" on the website. When the item is restocked it will be placed back online and available for order.

What does it mean when an item is on back-order?

Occasionally we may accept orders for items on back-order. An out of stock item goes into back-order status when we know a shipment is on its way to us and we are ready to start back accepting orders for that item. Ordering an item that is currently on back order is a worry-free way to ensure that you will be first in line for the new inventory and that the item which you ordered will be sent out to you as soon as we receive it! You will be notified via a shipment confirmation email (and a tracking number) once your back ordered items have shipped. You will not need to contact customer support, or do anything to follow up on the back ordered item. We will take care of it for you from here on out! We will do our best to estimate when back ordered items are expected to ship, and post this information on the website. This is only an estimation, subject to change, and shipping dates are not guaranteed.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally for a flat rate of $10.95. Simply make this selection at checkout. For orders over $100, we provide free shipping.

Can I pick up my order?

We have discontinued our "Will Call" option for Alabama local customers. We may offer customer pick up again sometime in the near future but all orders must be shipped at this time.
